1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bp111 platform — including the website at bp111.io, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services offered therein — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the bp111 platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Member") and bp111 (the "Platform" or "Operator"). Your continued use of bp111 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register a bp111 account and access real-money betting and gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended bp111 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using a third party's details, is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee of bp111 or any affiliated entity.

bp111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Management

Each member is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their bp111 account. This responsibility extends to any activity carried out by a third party who has gained access to the account as a result of the member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

You agree to:

• Keep your bp111 username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing bp111 from a shared or public device.
• Notify bp111 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or payment details must be submitted to support for verification before they take effect.

bp111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that shows evidence of suspicious activity, identity fraud, breach of these Terms, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming principles. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, accumulated balances may be forfeited at bp111's sole discretion.

Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method following a final verification check, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the bp111 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bp111 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at bp111's discretion with prior notice to members.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although bp111 reserves the right to apply individual account limits in certain circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your bp111 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed credit, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and your account being investigated.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your bp111 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times for verified accounts are targeted at under one hour; however, bp111 does not guarantee this timeframe and processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• bp111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Members may be asked to provide documentation confirming the source of funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met in full.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bp111 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are made available within each betting market or game interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for matters directly related to bet settlement.

General betting and gaming conditions that apply across all bp111 products include:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the platform has generated and displayed a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. A bet that has not received confirmation has not been accepted.
• bp111 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the member's account balance.
• In-play cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by real-time data feeds. bp111 accepts no liability for delays in data feed updates or for decisions made by members based on information that has since changed during live play.
• The outcome of all slot games, live casino tables, and crash games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bp111 does not alter or interfere with these outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits apply on a per-bet and per-session basis across all product categories. Specific limits are displayed within each relevant game or market.

6Bonuses and Promotions

bp111 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to its members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bp111 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds as stated in the offer) before a withdrawal of resulting winnings is permitted.
• Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Contribution rates will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been released by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software designed to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in a manner not available to the general membership.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports integrity abuse in connection with markets offered on the bp111 platform.
• Colluding with other members or third parties in casino games, poker, or any other game type to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the bp111 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bp111 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions.
• Submitting fraudulent payment transactions, chargebacks, or disputed deposits in bad faith.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming promotions, circumventing limits, or evading a previous account suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bp111 platform. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Exploitation rather than disclosure will be treated as a prohibited activity.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bp111 platform — including but not limited to the bp111 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds displays, data compilations, and software code — is the intellectual property of bp111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bp111 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bp111 content without prior written consent.
• Use any bp111 branding, logos, or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the bp111 platform using automated means.

9Privacy and Data Protection

bp111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bp111 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bp111 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. bp111's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

bp111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a member — bp111 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

For minor or administrative changes that do not materially affect your rights, bp111 may update the Terms with immediate effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bp111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of this document.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bp111 is incorporated and operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through the bp111 support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

bp111 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of bp111 complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction, including Bangladesh.
